We only know we are in our element until we are out of it. Participating in training programs, seminars and conferences we become aware of our abilities and weak spots. Your element can be behind a computer immersed in a 10-page spreadsheet or coordinating an event surrounded by international students. Maybe on a rocket ship or just maybe your element changes with stages of your life.
Point is, being in your element is important. To figure out that element there is various initiatives out there that allow you to be part of a greater creative movement and challenge you in your element. Just remember “Proust pointed out we only regret the things we haven’t done.”
